UniverCity is a neighbourhood within Burnaby, British Columbia, which is situated in the Metro Vancouver metropolitan area.

Transportation

This part of the city is very car friendly. It is especially convenient to park. On the other hand, the public transit service in UniverCity is not very frequent. Nonetheless, there are a few bus lines passing through the neighbourhood, and the nearest bus stop is typically very close. Moving around by bicycle is easy in UniverCity as the cycling infrastructure is reasonably comprehensive. Most houses for sale in this part of Burnaby are located in places that are not very well-suited for walking since very few common errands can be run on foot.

Services

The nearest grocery store in this part of the city is generally only a very short walk away. Furthermore, there is commonly a restaurant or cafe just around the corner.
