Situated in the Metro Vancouver metropolitan area, Stride Hill is a neighbourhood within Burnaby, British Columbia.

Transportation

Stride Hill will appeal to house buyers that appreciate a diversity of means of transportation. The good public transit infrastructure makes transit a viable option for many people. For example, rapid transit stations, including Edmonds Station @ Platform 2 and Edmonds Station @ Platform 1 with access to the Expo Line, are not particularly far away from the majority of houses in the neighbourhood. There are a few bus lines crossing the neighbourhood, and the closest bus stop is typically just around the corner. Stride Hill is also reasonably well-suited for those who travel by foot; running daily errands is easy by walking. Daycares and primary schools are especially easy to reach on foot from anywhere in Stride Hill. On the other hand, there are no high schools in this part of the city.
