The neighbourhood of Stride Hill can be found in the city of Burnaby, British Columbia, which is located in the Metro Vancouver metropolitan area.

Transportation

No matter the medium of transportation, it is simple to move around in Stride Hill. This area will attract active people since it is reasonably conducive to walking; most daily needs are convenient to meet without the use of a car. Commuting by bicycle is also convenient in this area as the cycling network is good. Stride Hill is quite transit friendly. More specifically, rapid transit stations, such as Edmonds Station @ Platform 2 and Edmonds Station @ Platform 1 on the Expo Line, are generally relatively close by from the bulk of residences in the neighbourhood. The neighbourhood is served by a few bus lines, and bus stops are commonly nearby. The favoured way to navigate Stride Hill is usually driving. It is convenient to find a place to park, and most houses for sale are a reasonably short car ride from the nearest highway.

It is a very short walk to get to daycares and primary schools from most homes for sale in Stride Hill. However, there are no high schools in this area.
