Transportation

Second Street permits homeowners to get around using a diversity of means of transportation. Second Street features a reasonably good public transit system. There are a few bus lines crossing the neighbourhood, and it is especially convenient to reach a nearby bus stop from most houses. It is also easy for people walking to navigate this part of Burnaby; many daily errands can be run without having to resort to a vehicle, and numerous businesses are reasonably close by. Bicycling is easy in Second Street.

The closest grocery store in Second Street is generally only a short walk away. Furthermore, those who like to dine in restaurants will have a good number of choices, and a limited selection of coffee shops is available as well.
