Transportation

City Centre is bicycling-friendly since the cycling network is fairly good. This neighbourhood will also appeal to active home buyers as it is quite suitable for walking; meeting daily needs is convenient, and a fair number of businesses of different types can be found as well. City Centre is quite car friendly. Most homes for sale are a reasonably short drive from the nearest highway, and it is convenient to park. On the other hand, commuting by public transit is challenging in this area. Thankfully, the neighbourhood is served by about 10 bus lines, and the closest bus stop is typically very close.

Services

A supermarket is ordinarily accessible within a short walk from most houses for sale in City Centre. Furthermore, this area is a fairly good place in which to eat out, and a small variety of coffee shops is available as well. When it comes to education, in this area, parents and their schoolchildren will typically be able to access schools and daycares by walking.

The character of City Centre is exemplified by its slower-paced atmosphere.
