Transportation

The best way to move around in this neighbourhood is usually driving. Parking is generally easy. On the other hand, commuting by transit can be very hard in Bradner-Mt. Lehman due to the infrequent service. Nonetheless, the neighbourhood is connected by a few bus lines. Most homes for sale in this part of Abbotsford are located in places that are not very conducive to walking as very few common errands can be run on foot. Bradner-Mt. Lehman is also not particularly conducive to biking since the cycling network is not very comprehensive, and there are a good number of hills.

Services

It can be difficult to reach high schools and primary schools as a pedestrian from properties for sale in this area. At the elementary level, there are both public and private schools.
