This neighbourhood will draw active people as it is reasonably well-suited for those who travel by foot; many daily errands can be run without having to resort to a car, and a variety of businesses are quite nearby. Bicycling is also easy in this neighbourhood. Driving is a very good means of transportation in this neighbourhood. Parking is quite easy, and the majority of properties for sale are a rather short car ride from the nearest highway. On the other hand, getting around by transit can be difficult in Historic Downtown by reason of the infrequent service. Nevertheless, there are approximately 10 bus lines crossing the neighbourhood, and most houses are very close to a bus stop.
