Dan is awesome. My wife and I moved to Ottawa from the Toronto area. Dan filmed/sent us a number of virtual tours of places remotely, and then set up a day of viewings for the one day we were able to come out in person. He was very proactive in scouting out places for us, quick to respond to messages, and all around easy to deal with. Moving to another city is always a pain, but at least the finding a place part didn't have to be. Highly recommended!

Dan was so helpful in the purchase of my home as well as my 2 daughter’s homes. He listened to what was important to us in a home and searched accordingly. I have to add that he also has the patience of a Saint. My younger daughter was quite difficult to please during her house hunting but, he smiled his way through it all.
