Dan Seguin

Dan is awesome. My wife and I moved to Ottawa from the Toronto area. Dan filmed/sent us a number of virtual tours of places remotely, and then set up a day of viewings for the one day we were able to come out in person. He was very proactive in scouting out places for us, quick to respond to messages, and all around easy to deal with. Moving to another city is always a pain, but at least the finding a place part didn't have to be. Highly recommended!

Dan was so helpful in the purchase of my home as well as my 2 daughter’s homes. He listened to what was important to us in a home and searched accordingly. I have to add that he also has the patience of a Saint. My younger daughter was quite difficult to please during her house hunting but, he smiled his way through it all.

We contacted Daniel for sale in response to flyer he had left at our property. We went for him after also getting assessment from two other realtors as his numbers were more pragmatic and his approach very hands on. In the process we found him very efficient, professionally competent and willing to go an extra mile in rendering his services to the client. We’ll be more than happy to refer him to our family and friends with full confidence.

Dan Seguin was amazing from the start. We met when I missed an open house for my first house ever that i wanted to see. He made himself readily available to still do a viewing even though it was fathers day and very last minute. Turns out the house was not even close to what we were looking for. He asked questions about what we were looking for so we described our wants/needs and he set us up for viewing houses that actually met our criteria. He pointed out things we would like, but also pointed out things that we described we wouldn't like that we missed out of pure excitement during viewings. He adjusted to our hectic schedules to ensure we were able to do viewings at times that worked for us. He took us to approximately 60 viewings that we wanted to see before we chose our now home as we (myself mainly -as my husband would say) were very particular in what i was looking for, and dan was patient and helpful through it all. It was a big pleasure to have him supporting us for this big step in life. We enjoyed every moment working with him. And have alot of pleasure recommending him to our family and friends.
