Colin Dillon

Born and raised in Waverley, Nova Scotia, I am the youngest of four boys and was raised with a deep belief that family is, and always will be, the foundation of a meaningful life. Today, my wife and I are raising our three children in the very home I grew up in, after selling our first home and intentionally choosing to put down deeper roots in the community that shaped me. Community involvement is a massive part of my life as I actively volunteer with local groups and committees, driven by a desire to ensure that my children, and the generations behind them, have access to the same opportunities I was fortunate to experience growing up. Before entering real estate, I spent 18 years working in the trades, including masonry and oil & gas. That background built a strong work ethic, a sharp eye for detail, and a deep respect for quality craftsmanship, qualities that now translate into my real estate career. My transition into real estate was not only a leap of faith, but the pursuit of a long-held goal: to build a career helping people with a level of integrity while making a long-term impact on their lives.
