Cody Henchel

I come from a hard working family who have started and run multiple business at once. I take my career and business seriously as I feel it runs in my blood. I'm a born and raised Albertan and BC. After my 6th birthday my parents moved the family to British Columba where I lived in White Rock to Kelowna, all the way to Chetwynd. I came back to Alberta where I settled in Calgary and started to build my life here at 18 years old. From there I pursued welding as my career. After 11 years in the trade I finished with multiple tickets own and operating my welding business. I decided I was in need of a new challenging career. I always had an interest in real estate after buying my first home at 23. Owning my own rental property piqued my interest in real estate so I decided to pursue real estate full time. After lots of hard work, I am proud to be a licensed relator. With my background I bring in-depth knowledge of construction, and being in Calgary for more than 11 years, I feel I know this city better than most locals. By moving and working all over Alberta, I have very good knowledge of surrounding areas. I can't wait to help you with your real estate goals!
