Every aspect of our experience from exploring land options, to learning the processes and legalities, to getting an approved offer was 10/10 all thanks to Carly. She was kind, patient and made us feel like she really cared about us. She made us excited to learn about how the land purchasing process happened and taught us everything we needed to know, without ever making us feel inadequate for being so novice. She was professional throughout our entire experience while still being immensely friendly and warm. She assured us that she would find us something that suited us, within budget and in our desired area and with her help we now own our dream property and are excited to build our home. She pointed us in every direction we needed to go in, along every step of the way. She made sure that we were aware of the types of permits and preparations we would need to look into in order to build and even put us in touch with the lawyers who finalized our deal - she literally handled everything for us! Her top-quality service was really put into perspective for us when a couple of our best friends bought land shortly after we did with a different realtor through a different company. They felt rushed, pressured and like they were left to figure it all out themselves by their agent - which is the furthest experience from ours. We cannot recommend Carly enough and while we intend to live in our soon-to-be-built home for a long time, we welcome the day we get to work with Carly again.
