Chad Martinig

Originally from the Sunshine Coast of BC Chad has been happy to call Edmonton home since 2009. Previously operating his own Industrial Safety company Chad has been a licenced REALTOR since selling his business in 2019. With a love for working with people, homes and décor, plus an extensive background in contract negotiations Real Estate was a natural next step in his career. Chad is proud to have built a successful Real Estate business through a foundation of loyal clientele, personal referrals and repeat business that encompasses every aspect of the industry whether representing sellers, buyers, investors, financial institutions & developers. “I’ve always been a people person so the process will be entertaining and enjoyable. It’s always fun getting out and viewing properties but the part I do love the most is negotiating a deal to help get the best possible outcome for clients. Knowing where the leverage is in a deal, that’s my superpower.” When he’s not hard at work you can usually find Chad at an arena in the winter months with his daughter’s ringette team or son in hockey. When there’s no snow on the ground, he’ll probably be out on his mountain bike or paddle board enjoying Edmonton’s amazing the river valley.
