Had to relocate quickly from Alberta to Kingsville and needed a house fast. We needed a realtor to work fast and find us a great house without us actually being there to view many. Darien did amazing job finding us the perfect house and great neighbourhood. She also helped negotiate a great deal for us, dealt with arranging home inspection and got us good lawyer that could accommodate online closing if needed. When I saw the house finally myself after we went firm it was much better then I imagined and the pictures. I will recommend Darien to any relatives that might want to move to area.
