SEAN RYAN

Born and raised in Sarnia-Lambton, Sean has deep roots here in Lambton County and an extensive knowledge of all areas and surroundings. Sean with over 10yrs experience is able to communicate well and find you the perfect home for whatever your situation may be. Having children a family of his own helps him understand the needs of a growing family, the person just starting out on their journey of life, or getting ready to downsize. Whatever the need, he is able to help efficiently and professionally. Sean has a good community involvement as a past member and president of The Sarnia Seaway Kiwanis, and also sat on the board for the Y.M.C.A., and was involved with the Sarnia Chambers Young Professionals Group. Sean has a vast experience in residential real estate, investment properties from incoming producing ones, to rehab projects and new home construction. Over the years, he has overseen and dealt with many of these for clients, as well as himself.
