We were lucky Jennifer magically attached to us as we started looking in Aug 2023. We always start looking without a realtor as we know the look will be long and we want no pressure or guilt put on us At first we needed to learn what is out there, areas we wanted, adjust our must have, over nice to have, and then revisit that more than once. Watching the market and pricing and learning so much about condos and their reserve funds etc. Jennifer was SO patient in this process. Never once were we pressured or felt we were an inconvenience to her even after viewing MANY ... so Many places over almost a year. Bidding on 6 places and losing the bid or declining to follow through after reading documents. Jennifer always encouraged us to do what we needed to or wanted to. Never a hurry up you need to decide you won't find the perfect place you just need to jump in this market. Nope. Ever those comments. Only encouragement and calmness.
