Joe was the listing agent on a property I was interested in viewing. When I contacted him he indicated he was available to show me the property that evening. While viewing I inquired about another listing and he was able to secure a viewing of that property almost immediately. Joe was extremely knowledgeable during our conversation. He understood what my family’s needs were and the immediacy of our situation. Throughout the buying and selling process he was extremely helpful by answering my many questions. I was executor on my mom's estate. My mom met Joe several years prior and was insistent that we use Joe as a realtor after she passed. To my surprise when we were preparing the house for listing Joe came over and literally got on his hands and knees and helped out preparing the kitchen. Now that's what I consider commitment.
