Tracey Howell-Perret

Tracey grew up on a mixed farm and later moved to Saskatoon for her education. Encouraged by her uncle, a real estate broker/owner, she was inspired to pursue a career in real estate. Before entering the industry, Tracey gained valuable experience working at the University of Saskatchewan, the RCMP, and the health region. When the time came for a career change, she recalled her uncle’s advice, earned her real estate license, and has been thriving in the industry ever since. With years of experience servicing Saskatoon and areas throughout the province, Tracey has built a successful career centered around client dedication, repeat business, and referrals.
