In Eric’s family, home renovation was a frequent ritual. He was often drafted as the contractor’s assistant, but all that hands-on learning ended up being a good thing! Now with years of experience in home renovation, heritage restoration and design projects as well as flipping a property and building an accessory apartment, clients value his ability to see the true potential in a home or investment property. Originally from Chicago, Eric grew up in Montreal and proudly made Ottawa his home in 2005. Fluent in English and French, he has lived in both the suburbs and the country, and now resides in Centretown. Before becoming a Real Estate Sales Representative, and a few years later a Broker, Eric studied business and had a lengthy career in publishing, merchandising and e-commerce where he gained extensive experience in contract negotiation, marketing and strategic planning.
