Jon Lumer

Jon Lumer entered Real Estate with a legal background in 2015 and later founded Western Pine Realty with his wife, Jess. Western Pine Realty was conceptualized as a brand that could help raise money and awareness for highly effective charities operating in low-income countries and helping some of the world's least privileged individuals. Since 2021, 10% of gross revenues going either to Jon as an agent or to the brokerage as a corporate entity have been redirected to charities like Against Malaria Foundation, Seva Canada, Raising The Village, Iodine Global Network, Fistula Foundation, GiveDirectly, and New Incentives. Jon & Jess post the receipts on the Western Pine Realty website in a spirit of full transparency. Jon has helped clients buy and sell real estate across the lower mainland, but he is most active in Vancouver, where the Western Pine Realty office is located and where Jon and Jess live with their two young boys.
