Noelle joined MaxWell Polaris with an education in Psychology and her prior career was in post-secondary education, most recently as a career counselor. She is focused, diligent, and goal-oriented, and loves helping people.She believes that being an effective realtor means understanding my clients and their situation and needs, and being flexible and responsive, with clear, consistent communication.Whether her clients are buying or selling their homes, on every step of their journey she demonstrates that diligence, whether filtering and previewing listings, or performing comparable market analyses to ensure that her clients are equipped during negotiations to get the best price they can. She acts for her clients as if the home they’re buying or selling is hers as well.
