Ryan Rusnak

I am a licensed Realtor in Chatham-Kent since 2014. He is a Sales Representative for Advanced Realty Solutions, and is passionate about helping his clients find the perfect home, every time. Ryan purchased his first rental property at age 22 which started him on the road to a passionate career in real estate. With over 7 years of experience in residential resale home sales, income property sales, condominium sales and commercial sales. Ryan grew up in Tillsonburg and attended the University of Waterloo where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Business. In 2011, his family relocated to Chatham so his wife, Cara, could pursue her career in Health Care. Ryan continually upgrades his skills and knowledge base through courses, seminars and participation in real estate-related activities. He subscribes to a stringent code of ethics and standards of business practice in all areas of real estate and client relations.
