Melissa is definitely the best realtor that I have worked with over the last 20 years of buying and selling houses. When it came time to look to list our house so that we could complete a move to a new city, I reached out to Melissa as she has a very strong brand and presence in the local market and her statistics highlighted a very competent and capable professional. She invited me to attend an appreciation event where I was able to meet with her in-person and discuss our plans and current market conditions. When the time was right, we met and did a walk through of our house and she was able to provide us with a realistic market evaluation, which also came in significantly higher than what we expected. We went to work getting our house organized and ready to list and we ended up selling the house very quickly and in a multiple offer situation, eliminating the need for a long listing period and all the many days of showings and needing to be out of the house with our children and pets... which can be a rather stressful activity. Throughout the process, she was very responsive to any questions I had and she also took the time to reach out on a regular basis just to check in and make sure that everything was going well on our end. In addition, when it came time to complete the physical move, we were appreciative of the complimentary moving van which was available for booking and allowed us to complete our move with a reduced cost and on our own preferred schedule, another plus of using her services. After the move, she was also there to follow up and make sure we were doing well, which was also greatly appreciated. She has been a very professional partner in this whole process from start to finish and certainly I would recommend her services to others who want to have an enjoyable buying or selling experience.
