I think Jesse had a realistic view as to what price to list the house at and as it turned out the team had a good offer from the first viewer. Given my situation it worked out well for me. I didn't want a long listing that probably would have resulted by trying to list higher initially. Other than the hail damage suffered in the midst of the offer the process seems to be going smoothly.
