Selling a house can be a stressful time but when it’s your childhood home and one that’s been in the family for over 50 years it can also be an emotional time. Eric was so respectful of our family home and really helped guide us through the process as smoothly as possible. He was very on point and knowledgeable and would really take the time to explain the process all while answering any and all questions we had.
