Kelly Blair has been involved in buying & selling real estate since she bought her first home in 1999. Prior to being a Realtor, Kelly and her business partner owned a franchise system of 32 restaurants in 5 provinces across Canada. During this time, Kelly obtained her Real Estate license so she could better service the needs of her business. In 2010, Kelly Blair opened her first satellite Real Estate Office. It was that year that Kelly began focusing on Real Estate sales as a full time career. In 2013, Kelly bought the Realty Executives Franchise, her vision was in line with Regional & International Offices to grow the business using the 100% commission concept. Today under Kellys vision, Realty Executives Real Estate Ltd. has grow 15% year after year to 3 offices as of November 2022.
