Kelly has lived in the Lower Mainland since 1988. After growing up across Western Canada, he quickly knew that Vancouver was where he wanted to call home. Throughout his career, Kelly has built extensive experience in real estate, management, customer service, and business and project management. Licensed in 2008, Kelly has successfully handled a wide range of real estate situations.
