With more than 25 years of experience in British Columbia real estate, I bring a steady, well-rounded approach shaped by working across a variety of markets and communities. I began my career in Williams Lake, where working in a smaller Interior market taught me the value of relationships, trust, and doing what you say you will do. Those early lessons continue to guide how I work today. My path later led me to the Okanagan, where I worked in Kelowna's luxury home market. This experience strengthened my focus on thoughtful preparation, clear communication, and understanding not just the home itself, but the lifestyle it supports. I also spent time on the sales team for Tobiano, a master-planned golf resort community near Kamloops. Working in a development environment expanded my understanding of new construction, long-term planning, and helping buyers look beyond the present moment. Today, I divide my time between Vancouver's West End and Bowen Island, supporting clients at many stages of life, from first-time buyers to downsizers and those relocating between city and island living. I am known for being calm, organized, and attentive. I take the time to listen, understand what matters most, and guide clients through the process with clarity and care. My goal is simple: to be a trusted, steady presence and help people move forward with confidence.
