Azad Chandler grew up in Sydney Australia, far from the snow and cold of the GreatWhite North. His first passion was to become a culinary artist. At a very young age hewas cheffing in some of Sydney's most prestigious hotels and restaurants but decidedto move to Canada after meeting his future wife Melanie, and to explore new investmentopportunities. He started out investing with a 3 bedroom condo in Sydney Australia and over the years has invested in single family homes, duplexes, suited homes, purchased with lease options, agreement for sale contracts and has been involved with multi-family construction. He set down roots in Calgary,married Melanie, and now has three lovely children. He still has many joint venturepartners and owns property in both Canada and Australia. Azad has a knack foridentifying great investment properties and matching them up with the right investors inrecord time. His outstanding people skills, combined with a no nonsense approach toproperty analysis, has led to the success of hundreds of real estate investors form allover Canada.
