I am Derek McRitchie, a real estate and insurance broker based in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, carrying on a family tradition that dates back to 1910 with my great-grandfather, Frank McRitchie. I have had the privilege of serving as President of the Moose Jaw Real Estate Board and have been humbled to receive recognition as the "Best Realtor" by The Times Herald for multiple years and as one of Discover Moose Jaw’s Top 40 Under 40. My educational journey began at Central Collegiate, where I later pursued diplomas in both Marketing and Administration from SIAST. Over the years, I have broadened my expertise by obtaining the Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker (CAIB) designation and becoming a Notary Public.
