A little bit about me… I love real estate!! I was licensed and started working at Remax in 2004. I love working and growing with clients by finding them their first home, their dream home or seeing them through an entire investment portfolio process. I started investing in real estate myself in 2005. I now own multiple investment properties and short term rentals. I also do private lending. So when it comes to Landlord tenant rules, Airbnb licensing or any other facet of real estate investing I am here to help!! When selling I try to constantly bring in great new marketing, video and staging techniques and put all of my best practices to use in getting you the most value for your home. When buying, whether it be your first home or you’ve done it too many times to count I am relentless in finding you your perfect fit. Making sure you are aware of everything about the home itself, the ever expanding area, financing and negotiating, I am here every step of the way!
