Dale was easy going as our realtor and accommodated viewing many and multiple houses with us. We worked together on finding our perfect home. We loved that Kim was an excellent resource to help us book viewings, get information about the homes, and especially when Kim sent us homes that we thought would be a great fit for us. We would view many homes, and Dale always drove out across the city to show us homes and indicate different things to be aware of - such as older floors, tiles, or red-flags that we should be aware of. This showed based on his many years of experience as a realtor. We felt that Dale could have better researched homes in advance to tell us the specs, price of the house, etc. to help us know more about the property when viewing it. Dale and team (Kim) were amazing. We decided to sell in Feb. 2024, but not until we had found a place to buy in Toronto. There was 0 pressure to sell any sooner. We reached out in the fall to have photos done of the yard and Kim arranged that within days. When we did buy in Toronto and contacted Dale to sell the Calgary home, he was very responsive. Dale and Kim always answered our texts within hours. Dale led us through the staging process effortlessly. Kim led us through the ‘on line booking viewing process’. We discussed with Dale a fair listing price. Dale listed to why we thought our house should be listed at that price. Our house was listed and sold within 50 hours, at over asking. And a closing day we were very happy with. Dale and Kim helped with the negotiations with the new buyer around furniture to be left, etc. Dale even helped clean out the garage on the last day - taking leftover moving boxes to recycling. All in all dealing with Dale and Kim made selling our home of almost 40 years very smooth. They were very helpful every step of the way.
