Thanks for taking the time to read my bio. I’ve been a Realtor in Ottawa since 2003. I like working as a Realtor because I really enjoy helping the people I get to meet in this business. I have more than average experience with construction and home renovations because I built a bungalow and I’ve renovated three other houses. I can offer advice on what to consider if you are thinking of buying a house that needs work. I can advise you on what to try yourself, what to contract out and what to avoid altogether. In the past I worked at several technology companies in Ottawa including Mitel, BNR, Nortel, Newbridge, Alcatel and Solantro. At Solantro I participated in the design and build of advanced solar power systems that were installed on several homes in Ottawa including my own. If you are thinking of buying a house with a solar power system or thinking of adding one to your next purchase, I can provide some advice based on my own experience. Before becoming a Realtor, I sold two houses on my own.
