The neighbourhood of Suntree is part of the municipality of Strathcona County, Alberta, which is located in the Greater Edmonton metropolitan area.

Transportation

Suntree is very car friendly. Finding a place to park is easy. Suntree is not very cycling-friendly because there are a fair number of slopes, and the bicycling network is not very extensive. It is also very impractical for pedestrians to get around in this neighbourhood as running daily errands is practically impossible.

Services

There are no high schools and no primary schools in this area. When it comes to eating, it is very rarely practical for house buyers in Suntree to shop for their groceries by walking.

The character of Suntree is exemplified by its relaxed environment. Suntree is wonderful for those who need quiet areas, as the streets are generally especially tranquil.
