Transportation

Moving around by car is very convenient in Forest Lawn. Finding a place to park is easy, and the majority of houses for sale are a reasonably short drive from the nearest highway. In contrast, Forest Lawn is not an especially pleasant part of St. Albert for moving around by public transit. Thankfully, house owners have access to a few bus lines, and bus stops are not very far-removed from most residences. Bicycling is convenient in this neighbourhood since the cycling network is quite well-developed. In contrast, there are relatively few pedestrians out on the streets of this neighbourhood, even though meeting daily needs is easy.

Services

Parents and their kids will value that wherever their home is situated in Forest Lawn, schools and daycares are nearby. As far as eating is concerned, accessing the closest supermarket by walking is an option for some, but not all, home buyers in this area.
