Transportation

Dunluce is a very good part of Edmonton for driving. Parking is generally easy, and the majority of houses for sale are a rather short drive from the closest highway. In contrast, public transit users may experience limited options in Dunluce due to the infrequent service. Thankfully, there are approximately 10 bus lines, and it is very convenient to reach a nearby bus stop from most properties. Walking is not especially feasible for house buyers in this part of Edmonton as few day-to-day errands can be run without the use of a vehicle. In contrast, biking is easy in Dunluce because the cycling infrastructure is reasonably good, and bicycle riders do not encounter significant hills.

Services

A supermarket is generally reachable within a reasonably short walk from any home in this part of Edmonton. There are also a few restaurants in this area. As far as education is concerned, it is a short walk to access primary schools and daycares from any location in this part of Edmonton. However, there are no high schools in this neighbourhood.

Character

The character of Dunluce is exemplified by its calm ambience. This area is very quiet overall, as there tend to be low levels of noise from traffic. Lastly, there are a few green spaces close by for residents to discover, like Herb Link Park and Dunluce Park, and they are very well-spread out, resulting in them being easy to get to from numerous locations in the neighbourhood.

Housing

Dunluce experienced its most significant construction boom in the 1960s and 1970s, so most of the available housing is from this era.
