Transportation

Midnapore is very car friendly. The majority of houses for sale are a rather short drive from the nearest highway, and it is very convenient to come across a parking spot. On the other hand, Midnapore is not very transit friendly. Nonetheless, the neighbourhood is served by a few bus lines, and most properties are very close to a bus stop. Travelling by foot in this part of Calgary is not very popular, even though meeting daily needs is convenient on foot. In contrast, Midnapore is conducive to biking as the cycling network is good, and it is an even ride to most locations.
