Transportation

Cars are a good mode of transportation in Lakeview. Accessing a parking spot is generally easy. In contrast, public transit users may experience few choices in this part of the city by reason of the service's low frequency. Thankfully, there are a few bus lines traversing the neighbourhood, and bus stops are typically nearby. A good number of residents in the area use their bicycle as there are a fair number of bike lanes. Walking is not especially practical for house buyers in this neighbourhood since few daily errands can be run without the use of a car.

Services

In this neighbourhood, families will usually be able to reach both primary and secondary schools on foot. However, there are only a very small number of daycares and thus they can be a very long walk away. In terms of food, some property owners in Lakeview may have the option to do groceries on foot, while others will need a vehicle. There are also a few restaurants and cafes in this part of the city.

Character
