Transportation

Hotchkiss is especially car friendly. Most of the street infrastructure is made for driving, and most real estate listings are a very short car ride from the nearest highway. On the other hand, the public transit system in Hotchkiss is not very accessible. It is occasionally difficult to get around by bike in this part of Calgary as Hotchkiss is home to a quite poor bicycling infrastructure, and there are a good number of elevation changes for cyclists to brave. Many of the houses for sale in this neighbourhood are located in areas that are also not very conducive to those who travel by foot since running common errands is impractical.

Services
