This part of the city is reasonably car friendly. It is very easy to come across a parking spot. In contrast, the public transit service in this part of the city is not very frequent. Nevertheless, the neighbourhood is linked by a few bus lines, and bus stops are not very far away from most homes. Cycling is convenient in this part of Grande Prairie because the bicycling infrastructure is reasonably well-developed, and it is an even ride to most destinations. Walking is not very feasible for home buyers in this part of the city because meeting daily needs is sometimes difficult on foot.

Services

Accessing the nearest supermarket by walking is feasible for some, but not all, property owners in South Patterson Place.
