The Central Business District of Grande Prairie is a neighbourhood within Grande Prairie, Alberta, which is situated in the Grande Prairie metropolitan area.

Transportation

Most homes for sale in this part of Grande Prairie are located in places that are reasonably well-suited for walking; many day-to-day needs can be carried out without having to resort to a vehicle, and there are also a fair number of businesses close by. Bicycling is also easy in this area because bike riders do not face significant slopes, and there are a fair number of bike lanes. Moving around by car is straightforward in this part of Grande Prairie. Parking is easy, and the majority of homes for sale are a reasonably short car ride from the nearest highway. However, the public transit system in Central Business District is not very accessible.
