Transportation

The bicycle is a fairly good mode of transportation in this part of the city because cyclists do not face serious elevation changes. Most houses for sale in this neighbourhood are located in areas that are also reasonably convenient for those who travel by foot; many common errands can be run without needing to use a vehicle. This part of the city is not especially transit friendly. Nonetheless, property owners benefit from a few bus lines, and it is very convenient to find a nearby bus stop from most residences. On the other hand, this area is a fairly good part of Edmonton for driving. It is straightforward to park.

Services

Daycares and schools are very easy to access on foot from most properties for sale in this neighbourhood. Regarding food, getting to the closest supermarket by walking is practical for some, but not all, property owners in this area. There are also a limited number of options for those who care about nearby restaurants.
