This part of the city is also conducive to walking; many daily errands can be run without needing to use a car. Homesteader is very car friendly. It is a short car ride to the nearest highway from any location in this neighbourhood, and it is very convenient to park. On the other hand, the public transit network in this part of the city is not especially accessible.
