The neighbourhood of Evergreen is part of the city of Edmonton, Alberta, which is located in the Greater Edmonton metropolitan area.

Transportation

The preferred way to navigate this neighbourhood is usually a car. It is very easy to park. On the other hand, travelling by transit can be difficult in this part of the city due to the low service level. Thankfully, house owners are served by a few bus lines, and it is especially convenient to find a nearby bus stop from most properties. Most homes for sale in this neighbourhood are located in places that are not very conducive to those who travel by foot as almost no daily errands can be run without needing to use a vehicle. Although the terrain is flat, this area is also not very cycling-friendly as there are few bike lanes.

This area does not have any high schools or primary schools. Likewise, there are only a very small number of daycares and therefore they can be a very long walk away. Regarding eating, house buyers in this area typically have to use a car to purchase their groceries.
