Transportation

University Heights will appeal to property owners that value a variety of methods of transportation. The public transit service in this area is good. Property owners have access to a few bus lines, and bus stops are ordinarily nearby. University Heights is also reasonably well-suited for those who travel by foot; most daily needs are convenient to meet by walking, and a variety of businesses are quite close by. Riding a bicycle is reasonably prevalent in University Heights since there are a large number of bike lanes.

Services

It is very rarely practical for home buyers in this area to do their grocery shopping by walking.
