Transportation

Shaganappi provides property owners with several alternative modes of transportation. Most homes for sale in this part of Calgary are located in places that are convenient for walking; many common errands can be run on foot, and there are also a fair number of businesses in proximity. Shaganappi will also attract physically active people as it is quite suitable for bicycling. For example, there are a good number of bike lanes. Shaganappi features a reasonably good public transit infrastructure. In particular, rapid transit stations, such as Shaganappi Point Station on the Blue Line - Saddletowne/69 Street CTrain, are generally nearby from the bulk of residences in the neighbourhood. Property owners benefit from a few bus lines, and the closest bus stop is typically very close. Shaganappi is also car friendly. Finding a place to park is generally easy.

Services

Parents and their kids will value the proximity to daycares and primary schools, which are within walking distance from vast majority houses for sale in this area.
