Part of the Greater Calgary metropolitan area, Parkdale is a neighbourhood within Calgary, Alberta.

Transportation

Parkdale will please house buyers that use several modes of transportation. Parkdale is quite transit friendly by reason of a few nearby bus lines. Parkdale is also reasonably suitable for those who travel by foot; carrying out daily needs is easy on foot, and a good number of businesses of different types can be found as well. Physically active property owners will enjoy the bike-friendly nature of this part of Calgary. More specifically, the bicycling infrastructure is quite well-developed.

It is a rather short walk to get to schools and daycares from most homes for sale in this neighbourhood. In terms of food, in vast majority cases, a vehicle is required in Parkdale to access the closest grocery store.
