Situated within the Greater Calgary metropolitan area, Deer Run is a neighbourhood in Calgary, Alberta.

Transportation

Deer Run is very car friendly. Parking is quite easy. In contrast, the public transit service in Deer Run is not very frequent. Nevertheless, there are a few bus lines crossing the neighbourhood, and it is very convenient to reach a nearby bus stop from most properties. Bicycling is convenient in Deer Run as the terrain is quite flat. This area is not very conducive to those who travel by foot as most daily needs are impractical to carry out by walking.
