However, this area is not very transit friendly. Nonetheless, residents benefit from a few bus lines, and the nearest bus stop is usually very close. Belvedere is not especially conducive to cycling as the bicycling network is rather limited, and there are a fair number of elevation changes. Travelling on foot is also not very practical for property owners in this area since most daily needs are at times difficult to carry out by walking.

Belvedere offers a broad selection of green spaces to enjoy. Getting to parks is easy from the majority of locations within the neighbourhood since there are a few of them close by for residents to explore. This neighbourhood has a good choice of housing size options, ranging from lofts to four or more bedrooms. Homeowners occupy roughly 60% of the units in Belvedere and 40% are rented. The homes in this neighbourhood are very new, since about one third of its buildings were built between 1990 and 2000, while most of the remaining buildings were constructed in the 1980s and the 2000s.
