Located within the Greater Calgary metropolitan area, Gateway is a neighbourhood in Airdrie, Alberta.

Transportation

Gateway is appropriate for bicycling since there are a good number of bike lanes. It is also easy for pedestrians to get around in Gateway; carrying out day-to-day needs is convenient. Commuting by public transit is difficult in Gateway. Nonetheless, there are a few bus lines, and most houses are very close to a bus stop. However, driving is a great medium of transportation in Gateway. It is a short car ride to the nearest highway from any home in this neighbourhood, and it is convenient to park.

Services

It is especially convenient to access the nearest supermarket by walking in this area.
