The neighbourhood of Val-Bélair is part of the city of Québec, Quebec, which is situated in the Greater Québec City metropolitan area.

Transportation

The car is very often the favoured method of transportation in this part of Québec. It is a rather short drive to the closest highway, such as Autoroute Henri-IV, from any home in this area, and it is straightforward to come across a parking spot. In contrast, this part of the city is not an especially convenient part of Québec for moving around by public transit.
