Place Vertu is a neighbourhood within Montréal, Quebec, which is situated in the Greater Montreal metropolitan area.

Transportation

This area will please homeowners that value various methods of transportation. Place Vertu features a reasonably good public transit infrastructure. More precisely, residents are served by approximately 10 bus lines, and bus stops are not very far away from most homes. Place Vertu will also attract physically active people because it is reasonably suitable for walking; meeting day-to-day needs is convenient on foot. It is easy to move around by bicycle in Place Vertu as there are a good number of bike lanes, and there are not many elevation changes to confront cyclists.

Services

It is a rather short walk to reach schools and daycares from most properties for sale in Place Vertu. This neighbourhood experienced its biggest construction boom between 1990 and 2000, so most of the available properties are from this time period.
